Unconscionable- unreasonable
Ex: Did you read Sarah’s latest LinkedIn post? She had to leave her job because her boss was making all sorts of unconscionable demands of her. She said he was making her come into the office not one but TWO day a week, and she wasn’t allowed to wear hoodies during Zoom meetings. What type of draconian regime was this guy running? What’s next? No more on the clock hour and a half breaks to walk the dog, cook an omelet, read a People magazine feature about Cameron Diaz’s beach body, and play online solitaire? And they claim this generation just doesn’t want to work. Can you really blame them?
