Probity- the quality of having strong moral principles

Ex: Though she was the head of the local soup kitchen, she was never quite lauded for her probity. This was probably because she exchanged the more luxurious goods such as tiramisu and chocolate bonbons for percocets and lash extensions. One day she tapped Lionel on his shoulder so he would turn his head, then dipped behind him from the other side and stole his diabetic foot prosthetic clean off his leg. She traded that baby in for a sweet mandoline. As much as the kitchen’s frequenters hated to admit it, they could live under Nurse Ratchet’s conditions so long as it meant they had the thinnest sliced kettle cooked potato chips in Camden.

Punctilious- attentive, showing great attention to detail or correct behavior

Ex: The punctilious housekeeper dusted off every surface with a single dainty goose feather. She frolicked about the estate singing and humming effervescently while pirouetting around the lavish furniture. Once in a while she would stub her toe on the leg of a sofa and scream, “FUCK, SHIT. SHIT ON THE BALLS OF CHRIST!” and then cover her mouth and do a girly giggle before skipping through the foyer and whistling a little tune.
