Consort- to keep company with; to associate with (typically met with disapproval by others)
Ex: Valerie grabbed ahold of Derrick at the dinner party. “Derrick, do not, and I repeat, do not, consort with Marsha over there. That cunt once sent me an email with the subject line ‘HARRY STYLES TICKETS!’ and when I opened it up it was just that picture of the preposterously endowed black man. And I was getting a pedicure at the time and my nail tech saw everything and now I can’t go back there without them making some embarrassing joke like, ‘let me guess, you want your nails kept long and painted black?’ or, ‘I’m always glad to fit you in, Valerie, no matter how booked I am. And who knows more about making things that don’t seem like they’re going to fit, fit, than you?’ or, by far the worst one, ‘how was the weekend Valerie, did you go out? Or were you too busy trying to superglue a cucumber to your Ronnie Coleman mannequin?”
Compendium- a concise compilation of information on a particular subject
Ex: Dale worked as a senior member of the clergy at his church, and spent his off-hours as a cheese enthusiast. He recently penned a compendium on stinky British cheeses. His favorite cheese? One that fully encapsulated his existence: Stinking Bishop.
We all know a Dale.
